Calendar of meetings

Hamstead Marshall Parish Council meets on the third Thursday every other month in the Village Hall. Meetings begin at 7.30pm. If an extraordinary meeting is required – for example due to a planning application – then the agenda will be displayed on the noticeboards around the village and on this website.

Annual Parish Assembly

Each year, in May, the parish council holds an annual assembly. This gives us the opportunity to update villagers on what we have been doing for the past 12 months. The assembly begins at 7.30pm and is followed by the annual parish meeting. Everyone is welcome to attend both or either meeting.
